If you have your list then you are mostly there and just need good content to send out, but don’t worry if you have no list because there are other ways.
A great example, if you are one of those with a drive-thru and are open or even deliver there are a number of things you can do.

With phone and in-person orders there is a three day right of rescission to cancel and get a complete refund. After three days there is no refund, no cancellation policy. Planning, preparation and layout are done immediately once sent to the App Developer with a large amount of work that goes into each custom build even before the first word is added.


Is there a refund after the Silent Salesman™ App is received by the client?

No. The work has been done. But we do allow the client to request any changes they wish to have made with no charge during the first seven days after receipt. (It’s like having someone paint your house, you don’t ask for a refund after the job is done. But a good painter will work with you to make sure you are satisfied, just like we do)

How do I send out text messages?

It’s really simple. You will have a control panel for that to just type in your message and press send. The training videos in your back office will cover this for you, as well as easy instructions on the control panel.

What if I want to offer a special promotion, coupons or discount?

There is a page for you on your App. Your App Developer will discuss with you the content of this page for a special promotion or discount.

Can I add phone numbers to send text messages to people, to my personal control panel on my own?
